About Stewart McLeish


Stewart McLeish is a retired marketing and sales executive who enjoys amateur photography.

Stewart, born and raised in Britain, emmigrated to Canada at age 23.

Art, primarily drawing, has been a passion of Stewart's since he was a small child.  In his early twenties Stewart experimented with Black & White photography for a few years, then devoted his time and energy to making a living and raising a family.

After retiring, Stewart's passion for photography was re-kindled, this time with an emphasis on Landscape Photography.

Artist's Statement

My Art is all about emotional responses.

I enjoy Nature and people.  Every photograph I take has a story behind it.

I share my photographs and their stories with other people to evoke unique emotional responses for them.
